$150/hour Mon to Thur 9:00 to 5:00 (two hour minimum)
$200/hour Friday and Sunday (three hour minimum)

$250 Cleaning fee
$250 Staff Fee (on site staff required during your event)
$250 Courtyard fee (if needed)
