Wood Folding Chairs

Black, White or Ivory Table Cloths

Three fully stocked restrooms (7 stalls)

Courtyard with fountain

Circular driveway for guest drop off

Banquet Room 85 guests

Banquet Room and lobby 120 guests

Banquet Room,  lobby and courtyard 150 guests

Pricing

$150/hour Mon to Thur 9:00 to 5:00 (two hour minimum)
$200/hour Friday and Sunday (three hour minimum)

$250/hour Saturday (three hour minimum)

$125/hour Set up and Clean up

$250 Cleaning fee

$250 Staff Fee (on site staff required during your event)

$250 Courtyard fee (if needed)
